Have your rental deposit ready…..

Don’t start looking at rentals without having your deposit ready. After the property owner has approved your application you will be required to pay the deposit. If you don’t have your deposit the owner will not hold the property for you. Not being able to pay the deposit will cause the owner to think your are not able to pay the rent.
